Architectural Design for a 1000 bed resort in Rhodes, including athletic and recreation facilities. The resort is composed by 320 Rooms (Deluxe Rooms, Superior, Family Exclusive, Family Superior, Exclusive Suites and Superior Suites), Reception Area, Retails, 4 F&B Areas, Meeting Rooms, Fitness Centre, Play Houses, Night Life Areas, Swimming Pools, Water Park and more. Total area: Approx 87.000m²
