Residential Project

Located close to the sea, a series of five buildings contain two apartments each. Buildings are divided between the ground level and first floor, and the second and third floors. Each apartment features the same full suite of amenities, that are distributed so as to optimise privacy and generate a sense of total self containment. In the living room areas, double height ceilings enclosed by floor-to-ceiling windows emphasise natural light and space and each apartment features a swimming pool. Sloped roofs between the apartments also creates distinct space between buildings. 

The bright, light design generates the feeling of endless space in the interior. But facilitating access to nature and the outdoors was a priority. As such, a water element is present throughout the design. Ground floor apartments have access to private gardens, while upper apartments have private roof terraces.
